To be eligible for enrollment you will need the following documents:

1. Have the right to work
   (Residency card, work permit, US Birth Certificate, or US Passport)
2. Social Security Card
3. Picture ID
4. Reside in the City of Los Angeles
5. Be between the ages 14-21
6. You must also meet low income guidelines (verification required)
