All memorial funds will support higher education attainment for youth residing in Watts and its surrounding communities. The Los Angeles Youth Opportunity Movement (YO! Watts) along with the Hughes family will annually award scholarships to selected youth through a competitive scholarship process. Through this effort we hope to continue Kisa's legacy and passion for education for many years to come.
