The Workforce Investment Act Program (WIA) serves youth ages 14-21, who is out-of-school and/ or work in the City of Los Angeles. This program is designed to help youth achieve their personal, educational and occupational goals, eventually leading to self-sufficiency. YO! specifically offers a variety of activities, which include but are not limited to the following:

Post- Secondary Education Assistance
Work Readiness Training
Internships
Supportive Services
GED/HS Diploma Assistance
Individualized Case Management
Financial Literacy
Life Skills Classes
Job Placement Services
